Our History.

For over 25 years, Medcentres PLC has been a family-owned specialist developer focused on delivering high-quality healthcare and affordable housing projects across the UK. During this time, we have successfully completed more than 65 design and build schemes, including medical centres, community healthcare facilities, and both private and affordable residential developments.

 

We invest our own capital to bring forward development opportunities, ensuring full alignment and accountability from the outset.​

 

The Medcentres Group incorporates Primary Secondary Design Ltd (PSD) and Healthcare and Community Construction Ltd (HCC), providing architectural and construction services to Medcentres. This integrated structure allows us to manage projects efficiently, maintain cost certainty, and deliver consistent quality from concept through to completion. In recent years, we have also expanded our activities into Europe through New Paradigm, our Portuguese development arm and enhanced our refurbishment  activities.
