Medcentres PLC is the core of a group of companies under common ownership who work together bring their individual expertise and perspectives to help our clients successfully delivery. We are unusual in restricting our new build activity to ensure we can manage development risk effectively we gives capacity to provide a diverse range of services for clients, cross fertilising work streams with different experience. All our companies work separately from Medcentres PLC as well as contracting for it, giving clients the reassurance of tried and tested teams in a variety of settings as well as the benefit of individual companies giving warranties to support institutionally compliant risk control.
Medcentres provides the entry point in to a wide range of teams, including its projects and maintenance services. It ocorindates and provides development services as well as supporting its sister companies to ensure all our projects and services benefit from the same integrated approach.
Originally formed to deliver our projects, Healthcare and Community Construction Ltd have grown over the years and contract directly with a range of clients whilst providing our in house construction capacity.
Primary Secondary Design Ltd are our architectural design team, working with Medcentres and our clients for over 20 years to design to the latest standards and meet the stringent needs of our clients.
New Paradigm is our Portuguese development arm and construction company which is currently developing part of the Meia Praia master plan in Lagos Portugal, having completed a successful first phase of development.
Founded to provide cost effective independent health services for patients in the community, Medccentre Plus now provides private and NHS Ophthalmology services and serviced accommodation for other healthcare providers.
