Nick founded Medcentres in the mid 1990s to provide specialist services to GPs and has overseen the group’s expansion since then. As well as taking overall responsibility for Medcentres’ group activities, Nick also overseas our international projects.

Colin joined HCC from a well known mid-tier contractor and brings a wealth of construction management and delivery knowledge.

Mike joined Medcentres PLC in 2008 having graduated in Economics and Management from Oxford University, before subsequently completing an MSc in Real Estate and manages development activities across the UK and Portugal, with a particular focus on financing as well as supporting group operations and Medcentres Plus.

David joined Medcentres following a Real Estate degree and is responsible for UK development projects and in particular the planning process. He maintains our enviable track record in securing planning permission including across complex issues involving flooding, nutrient neutrality and bio diversity net gain.

Marisa oversees and manages our Portuguese development activities including managing the teams who provide support to existing customers. She brings a wealth of property experience including sales and licensing.

Nico joined HCC to strengthen our construction delivery team, bringing experience of large scale residential development.

Joao is a qualified engineer who oversees our construction projects in Portugal, leading on the successful delivery of large scale individual residential units

Richard Rogers has worked for PSD for over 10 years, and has an extensive back ground in retirement living and medical projects. He leads PSD navigating an ever changing regulatory back drop to support our clients in delivering successful projects that meet their needs.

Sam works with in HCC to support the technical delivery of projects. He brings a wealth of experience in complex projects including high-rise buildings on challenging sites.

Lorraine is Medcentres group financial controller, overseeing our day to day financial control and ensuring effective management of our payments and financial relationships

Paula has responsibility for the financial control of our Portuguese companies ensuring effective cash flow management and managing our audit requirements.

Diane works closely with Helen to manage the business operations of Medcentres Plus over seeing payments, stock and supplier relationships.

Catherine is our longest serving employee and has been a mainstay of the business for nearly 25 years. She supports cross team delivery and internal administrative processes.

Dave Chilcott has a long track record within the construction industry having worked for several main contractors managing multi-million pound consturction projects before joining Medcentres and heading up HCC – our specialist group building contractor. His skills ensure that projects can be evaluated from a construction perspective from the outset and accurately costed to demonstrate feasibility.

Lindsay is a senior qualified lawyer with a wide range of experience in the property industry. She has worked for leading city law firms, Nabarro LLP and Pinsent Masons LLP, and she also has previous in house experience managing both litigation and non-contentious issues. Lindsay joined Medcentres in 2017 and advises on the day to day legal issues which arise, as well as handling the contractual process to ensure development plans come to fruition.

James joined Medcentres in 2014 after completing an MSc in Real Estate and now works across our construction teams in the UK and Portugal.

Paul started his career at GPFC (now Aviva) before moving into development roles and has managed complex projects across the full spectrum of NHS and affordable housing from 3PD through to LIFT and specialist housing schemes. He brings a wealth of knowledge in supporting clients to deliver schemes.

Richard Chilcott heads the site management team and has worked for HCC for over 20 years on all our projects. He maintains an enviable record for on time delivery and the quality of the buildings we construct.

James joined HCC in 2025 with a strong residential construction delivery background working on site to manage our residential projects.

Jose manages our construction delivery team, taking responsibility for delivering high quality buildings on time and to the exacting standards our clients expect.

Martin has worked for PSD for over 20 years and typically leads on medical centre and refurbishment schemes bringing a wealth of experienced that has evolved with NHS requirements.

Richard joined PSD to strengthen our housing delivery experience and works with the wider team to support project delivery

Andrea works with Lorraine to support our finance activities, in particular managing supplier payments and compliance.

Helen is a senior OPD with a wealth of experience in front line healthcare delivery. She is responsible for the manage of Medcentres Plus and ensuring our teams continue to deliver excellent standards of patient care.

Wendy is responsible for our post delivery customer care services, working with clients to ensure they are supported through the aftercare process. She also supports our regulated processes including ISO14001
